Abstract RAGE (Riders Against Gender Exclusion) was founded in 2009 by a small group of Philadelphia-area LGBTQ activists in order to bring attention to and ultimately change the Southeastern Pennsylvania Transportation Authority (SEPTA) policy of using binary gender stickers on their transportation passes.
